Evaluation Services
All families must meet with the provider for an intake/clinical interview to discuss your goals and concerns. This session is the best way for your provider to determine which option is best for your child. At that time, pricing information will be discussed.

1.
Intelligence or Gifted Eligibility Only
(ages 6-20)
Comprehensive intelligence testing can be helpful in understanding a child's verbal reasoning skills, nonverbal reasoning skills, novel problem solving abilities, short-term working memory, and processing speed. The testing provides a Full Scale IQ score as well as subscores which help provide an understanding of your child's cognitive style. This type of evaluation can also be used to determine Gifted Eligibility or Placement. Test results will be provided in a chart for the family.
2.
Attention Testing / ADHD Only
(ages 4-20)
This evaluation provides a comprehensive and objective look at your child's attention, focus, and concentration. It can help determine if a child has ADHD, the severity of their ADHD, and help guide treatment options (ex: if medication is advised or if other treatment options should first be explored). The accompanying report would include recommendations for parents and teachers, including IEP/504 recommendations for the school. The provider will meet with the family to review results and answer questions.
3.
Psychoeducational Evaluation
(ages 6-20)
This comprehensive assessment includes attention testing (and consideration of ADHD), intelligence testing, evaluation of reading, writing, and math skills (including consideration of Dyslexia or Dyscalculia), and (if deemed appropriate) phonological screeners and emotional/behavioral screeners. The accompanying report would include recommendations for parents and teachers, including: IEP/504 recommendations for the school, recommended accommodations for SAT/ACT testing, and recommended college accommodations. The provider will meet with the family to review results, discuss treatment options, and answer questions.
4.

This is the most comprehensive assessment of a child's cognitive functioning. It includes attention testing (and consideration of ADHD), intelligence testing, memory testing, executive functioning testing, and (if deemed appropriate) academic assessment, phonological screeners, and/or emotional/behavioral screeners. The accompanying report would include recommendations for parents and teachers, including IEP/504 recommendations for the school. The provider will meet with the family to review results, discuss treatment options, and answer questions.
