Utilize our CareCredit option to make healthcare services more affordable. With CareCredit, you can apply for financing to pay for treatments over time.
Step Up Scholarship (FES-UA)
Dr. Campbell is an authorized Step Up provider and is able to accept direct payments via the scholarship.

How to Send Funds:
Superbill
Families pay fees at the time of service. Although we do not bill insurance directly, we can provide a Superbill upon request. Families may submit this document to their insurance provider to seek reimbursement.
